Affiliate Disclaimer & Referral Programme Terms

1. Programme Overview

flayrops.io operates a referral commission programme (“Programme”) that allows approved participants (“Affiliates” or “Referrers”) to earn cash commissions for introducing new paying customers to flayrops.io services. This document governs participation in the Programme and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

2. Disclosure Requirement

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and applicable disclosure laws, all Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to flayrops.io whenever they recommend, review, or promote flayrops.io services. This disclosure must appear before or at the point of recommendation — not in a footnote or at the end of content. Example disclosure: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Examples

• Trial referral: $39 × 25% = $9.75 one-time
• Starter subscription (12 months): $199 × 25% × 12 = up to $597 total
• Full Automation (12 months): $399 × 25% × 12 = up to $1,197 total
• Custom project ($500): $500 × 25% = $125 one-time

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated and confirmed 30 days after the referred customer’s order is confirmed, to allow for any cancellation or refund period
• Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD
• Payments are processed manually by flayrops.io using the payment details you provide
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Alipay, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), and other methods by prior arrangement
• Commissions are void if the referred customer requests a refund within the eligible refund period
• Recurring commissions cease if the referred customer cancels their subscription

5. Eligibility and Approval

• Participation in the Programme requires prior approval from flayrops.io
• Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age
• Self-referrals (referring your own account) are strictly prohibited and will result in programme termination
• Employees and contractors of flayrops.io are not eligible

6. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about flayrops.io services
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising to promote flayrops.io
• Use paid search advertising targeting flayrops.io branded keywords without prior written approval
• Claim to be an employee, partner, or official representative of flayrops.io
• Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other manipulative practice
• Fail to disclose their affiliate relationship as required by FTC guidelines

7. Programme Changes and Termination

flayrops.io reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or programme rules with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation immediately for violation of these terms, without payment of pending commissions earned through prohibited conduct.

8. Tax Obligations

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned. flayrops.io does not withhold taxes on commission payments. US-based Affiliates earning over $600 in a calendar year may be subject to 1099 reporting requirements.

9. Liability Limitation

flayrops.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme. Commission earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the Affiliate’s own promotional efforts and the purchasing decisions of referred customers.
