Refund Policy

Important: Due to the nature of our services, which involve immediate deployment of server infrastructure, software licences, and data traffic costs on your behalf, our refund policy is strictly limited as described below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Nature of Our Services and Cost Structure
When you subscribe to any flayrops.io service, we immediately begin incurring non-recoverable costs on your behalf, including:
- Server and infrastructure costs: Dedicated computing resources allocated to your workflow upon subscription activation
- Software and API licence costs: Third-party platform API access fees, AI model usage costs, and software licences activated for your account
- Data and traffic costs: Network traffic, data processing, and bandwidth costs consumed in operating your workflow
- Configuration labour: Technical setup and configuration work performed by our team
Because these costs are incurred immediately upon service activation and cannot be recovered once deployed, we are unable to offer refunds once workflow deployment has commenced.
2. 7-Day Trial ($39 One-Time)
No refunds. The $39 trial fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the trial period has commenced. Server resources, API access, and data processing are activated immediately upon payment.
Before purchasing the trial, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Infrastructure is provisioned immediately upon payment
- The trial period begins immediately and cannot be paused
- The $39 fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge
- You will receive the agreed deliverable (one AI report) regardless of whether you upgrade
3. Monthly Subscriptions ($199/month · $399/month)
No refunds once a billing period has commenced. Once your monthly subscription fee has been charged and workflow deployment has begun for that billing period, no refund will be issued for that period, partial or otherwise.
Specifically:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
- Workflow infrastructure is activated immediately upon charge
- No pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations during an active billing period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
- There are no refunds for unused portions of a billing period
4. Enterprise and Private Deployment Projects ($299+)
Custom and enterprise projects are governed by the individual service agreement signed between you and flayrops.io. The refund terms in that agreement supersede this general policy. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies:
- Setup fees ($299 one-time deployment) are non-refundable once setup work has commenced
- Monthly management retainers ($99/month) are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Projects cancelled before any setup work begins may be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee at our discretion
5. Exceptions
We will consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed service deliverable (e.g., a weekly report is never sent) and we are unable to remedy the failure within 5 business days of written notice
- Duplicate charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our part
- Fraud: If your account was accessed and subscribed to without your authorisation
To request a refund under these exceptions, email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request” within 14 days of the relevant charge. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment method:
- Stripe credit/debit card: 5–10 business days
- Alipay: 3–7 business days
- WeChat Pay: 3–7 business days
